Roundup: Home builder buys in Pflugerville; 5th St. bar sells

Fort Worth-based D.R. Horton Homes purchased Pfairway Office Park, which sits on 14.5 acres south of State Highway 45 in Pflugerville, from First State Bank Central Texas LP for an undisclosed price.
