In less than three months, Brock Townsend will punch his time card at the World Gym in Ocean View and head north to Dover, where he will compete in the OCB Tri-State Championships on Nov. 16. The drug-free body-building competition consists of eight different divisions, varying from show to show and based on age and level of experience.
