Estes Park Voters Overwhelmingly Back Initiative Allowing Development of Wellness Center

The project will be operated as public-private partnership between Grand Heritage Hotel Group, which owns the iconic Stanley Hotel adjacent to the lot, and the Estes Park Medical Center, with strategic council from the University of Colorado's Anschutz Health and Wellness Center.
