Judge dismisses suit filed over Trussville Food World incentives

In his order, Judge Jim Hughey noted many of the complaints raised by the plaintiffs, Trussville resident George Glenn and Anytime Fitness owner Rick Plourde, were settled in a 2011 court case following the city's purchase of the vacant store front.
