Fake dog attacks spectators on Manayunk Wall during Cycling Classic

ANDREW NEUBAUER spent much of yesterday's Parx Casino Philly Cycling Classic lurking behind bushes near the top of the Manayunk Wall, suddenly thrusting his life-size, stuffed-toy rottweiler, Rowdy, at unsuspecting passers-by and growling.
