John Frisch, regional manager for Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank in Sacramento, said he expects properties in several blocks all directions from Sacramento, including across the river to West Sacramento, to draw scrutiny for future development, especially housing, in the wake of a new arena.
