The long vacant Blockbuster Video building at 4151 E. Colfax Ave. is back in operation after a SafeSplash Swim School officially opened its doors Feb. 1. The building underwent major renovations in the second half of 2013 to accommodate a swimming pool and everything that goes along with it.
