Suspect identified in Bluffton vehicle thefts

Eighteen-year old James Jermaine Duncan has been identified as the suspect believed to have stolen a white 2011 Ford Expedition from Peacock Cabinetry, located at 26 Buckingham Plantation Dr, and is currently wanted on one count of grand larceny.
