LA Fitness purchases Vision Quest Sport and Fitness clubs

All active memberships that Fitness International purchased from Vision Quest will continue to be honored under the terms of their current agreements, and acquired Vision Quest members will continue to have access to the same Vision Quest clubs they had prior to the transaction.
