Construction contracts slow in November but still well ahead of 2012

Construction contracts for North Texas residential projects dipped in November but rose slightly for commercial projects, and activity remained well ahead of the 2012 for the first 11 months of 2013, according to the latest report from McGraw Hill Construction.
