Justin Couch, 15, a sophomore at Bartram Trail High School, achieved Scouting's highest honor and gained the rank of Eagle Scout on March 9. Justin, from Troop 175 at Greater Grant AME Church, is the son of Jeffery and Joyce Couch of the Southside.
