Boston Marathon runners who did not finish invited to run in OKC Marathon

The Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon has invited the nearly one-third of Boston Marathon runners who did not get the chance to cross the finish line due to the explosions to run in OKC for free, according to an April 17 Tulsa World report .
